Swing for Education Golf Classic

Where better to spend a gorgeous Friday in October than at Greystone Golf Course in Whitehall? CASE joined Superintendent Dallas Dance and Debbie Phelps at “Swing for Education”, a benefit for the Education Foundation of Baltimore County. We sponsored two teams—one of them the only all-female team in the event. Both played well, and though they didn’t win, looked GREAT!

Fall 2015 General Membership Meeting

Hayfields Country Club provided a lovely setting and terrific food for CASE’s Fall General Membership meeting—an outstanding event even without a round of golf. Discussion topics included current negotiations, renewal of Dr. Dance’s contract, updates on current cases involving members, and our successful implementation of agency fees.

Spring 2015 General Membership Meeting

April 16, 2015

CASE held the Spring Membership meeting on April 16th at Liberatore’s Ristorante. It was well attended and County Executive Kevin Kamenetz with Councilmen David Marks and Julian Jones brought greetings from our partners in county government. Jeff Graham and Bill Watt of Robert W. Baird & Co. announced a partnership with CASE to provide financial services to our members.

In the business session of the meeting, the new modifications to the Master Agreement with BCPS was approved. This includes the “Agency Fee” agreement and allows the process to continue that will set a fee and begin collection in the 2015–16 school year.

There was a pleasant and collegial air throughout the event with networking and catching up at the top of the agenda. Food and beverages were enjoyed and all went well.
